“Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”— Philippians 1:6 (NIV)

DEVOTION
When you look back at where you were when this journey began, you may realize that you have changed.
Maybe you are not where you want to be yet.
Maybe there are still things God is working on in your heart.
There may still be fears you are learning to surrender.
There may still be wounds that need time.
There may still be lessons you are learning.
But growth does not always happen in ways you can immediately see.
Sometimes growth looks like responding differently than you used to.
Choosing faith when fear would have been easier.
Forgiving when holding on felt safer.
Waiting instead of forcing.
Surrendering instead of controlling.
Seeing your circumstances through God’s eyes instead of your own.
You may not notice how much God has changed you because you are still looking at the areas where you need to grow.
But God sees the whole journey.
He sees the woman you were.
He sees the woman you are becoming.
And He is not finished with you.
You don’t have to become someone else to be valuable to God.
You don’t have to compare your journey with another woman’s.
You don’t have to have everything figured out.
God is patiently shaping your character, deepening your faith, and teaching you to walk more closely with Him.
The process may sometimes feel slow.
It may sometimes feel uncomfortable.
But growth is still happening.
The woman who once felt unseen can learn to walk confidently knowing that God sees her.
The woman who once felt forgotten can learn to recognize His faithfulness.
The woman who once felt broken can discover that God can still use her life.
And the woman who once wondered whether her life mattered can discover that God is still writing her story.
This is not the end of your journey.
It is another beginning.
God started a good work in you, and He will continue it.
So don’t give up on yourself simply because you are not yet where you want to be.
Give yourself grace to grow.
Give God room to work.
Keep walking.
Keep learning.
Keep trusting.
The God who began the work in you is faithful to continue it.
TODAY’S TRUTH
God is not finished with me. He is continually shaping me into the woman He wants me to become.
REFLECTION
- Looking back over your journey, what change do you see in yourself?
- What area of your life do you believe God is still growing and shaping?
PRAYER
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for not giving up on me.
Thank You for staying with me through every season and patiently working in my heart.
When I become discouraged by how far I still have to go, help me remember how far You have already brought me.
Help me not to compare my journey with anyone else’s.
Teach me to trust Your process and to allow You to shape my character, my faith, and my heart.
Continue the good work You have begun in me.
Make me more like Christ and help my life reflect Your love and goodness.
As these 30 days come to an end, remind me that my journey with You is not ending.
There is still more You want to teach me, more You want to develop in me, and more ways You want to use my life.
I place my future in Your hands.
Keep growing me into the woman You created me to be.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
