“Even to your old age and gray hairs I am He, I am He who will sustain you. I have made you and I will carry you.” — Isaiah 46:4 (NIV)

DEVOTION
Some days feel heavier than others.
The responsibilities keep coming. Your heart grows tired. You wonder how much longer you can keep carrying everything.
The beautiful truth is this:
God never asked you to carry life by yourself.
The One who created you also promises to sustain you. He is not standing at a distance waiting for you to become stronger. He lovingly walks beside you, lifting the burdens that are too heavy for your shoulders.
Even when you feel weak, His strength never runs out.
You may feel exhausted today, but you are not abandoned.
The God who has carried you through every yesterday will faithfully carry you through today—and every tomorrow.
TODAY’S TRUTH
You don’t have to carry everything because God is carrying you.
REFLECTION
- What burden feels too heavy for you today?
- What would it look like to place it completely into God’s hands?
PRAYER
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for carrying me when I no longer have the strength to walk on my own.
Help me stop relying on myself and trust Your everlasting strength. Remind me that I am never too weak for Your grace.
Thank You for holding me close every step of the journey.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
